MLNavigator
MLNavigator is the company. adapterOS is the deterministic inference runtime we commercialize. I serve as CPO and Co-Founder, responsible for translating technical capabilities into deployable products for regulated industries.
Target Markets
We focus on industries where compliance is non-negotiable: aerospace, defense, and high-assurance manufacturing. Our architecture addresses CMMC, AS9100, and ITAR requirements by design, not by bolted-on compliance layers.
My Role
Product Strategy
Define what we build and why. Prioritize features based on customer discovery, compliance requirements, and market timing.
Research Translation
Turn James's technical research on determinism, receipts, and policy enforcement into product specifications that engineering can build and customers can adopt.
Customer Discovery
Conduct interviews, validate demand, and ensure we're solving real problems. Our NSF I-Corps participation validated the need for offline AI runtimes in regulated environments.
Usability & Onboarding
Design workflows that organizations can adopt without deep technical expertise. Compliance should be the default, not a burden.
Validation
Great Plains I-Corps Hub
Fall 2025 · Wichita State University
NSF I-Corps customer discovery program. Validated demand for offline AI runtimes in aerospace and defense manufacturing.
ACCEL-KS Award
2025 · Kansas Research Commercialization
Proof-of-Concept award for deployment tooling and compliance documentation development.
